Online Study Group – Week Three

We are on week three of the NALS Online Study Group! So far we have covered the topics of written communications and office procedures and technology. If you have not attended a study session yet, it is not too late to jump in! Join us this Tuesday, January 22, for Ethics, Human Relations, and Judgment Skills. All sessions will begin at 8:00 p.m. CST and pre registration is required. Once you register, you will be emailed instructions for accessing the webinar, including a toll free number and a website link to view the presentation. As always, there will be time for Q & A at the end of the session.

NALS Foundation Sweepstakes

The NALS Foundation is seeking donated items for the annual sweepstakes to be held during the 2013 Professional Development & Education Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Items may be donated by individuals, groups, local chapters, state associations, regions, etc. We will gladly accept all donations. Items such as handcrafted wares, purchased items, gift certificates, etc. are welcome. Donated items, along with Sweepstakes Donation Form, MUST be received at the NALS Resource Center no later than February 8, 2013.

Donors that prefer to hand-carry their donated items to the conference MUST submit a Sweepstakes Donation Form no later than February 8, 2013 for items to be accepted.

.

Tickets for the sweepstakes will be available for sale throughout the conference. Sweepstakes participants will have the option of choosing the item(s) they would like to win by placing their tickets in the corresponding bag(s).
