NOTE: Region 4 is not holding an official conference in the summer of 2013 since we are involved in the planning of the NALS forum in Atlanta in October 2013.  At this time, we are considering having a get-together of some sort perhaps during the NALS forum in October.  Everything on that is still in the planning stages.
