Grassroots-Level Think Tank Returns to NALS 2016 Professional Development & Education Conference
Last year during the NALS 2015 Professional Development & Education Conference, NALS introduced the Grassroots-Level Think Tank (GLTT), a diverse group of volunteer leaders interested in sharing experiences, finding bright spots, creating new innovation, designing solutions for the future, and making this association work better for its members and the legal community.
Due to the success of the first GLTT meeting, NALS will be bringing this event back! The second in-person meeting will be held at NALS 2016 Professional Development & Education Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. Make plans now to be part of the decision-making process for the future of your association! NALS encourages last year’s GLTT participants to attend and is again extending an open invitation to ALL! NALS highly encourages state and local chapters to send representatives to participate. Students, members-at-large, and members who are NOT involved in chapter leadership are encouraged to attend as well. Our only requirement is that you are passionate about the future of NALS and desire to make a difference. If this describes you or someone you know, then this Think Tank is the perfect fit! This significant Think Tank will meet with the NALS Board of Directors to brainstorm and develop the purpose and direction of the association.
