As the Board looks toward the future -- and in light of recent changes in the profession and the landscape of legal services -- and in the interests of promoting access to justice, NALS has adopted the American Bar Association's Resolution 105, ABA Model Regulatory Objectives for the Provision of Legal Services, dated February 2016. 

At the February 24, 2016 meeting of the Board of Directors of NALS … the association for legal professionals (the “Association”), a resolution was proposed and approved by the board. Click here to read the full resolution.
