The rules of work are changing and we are now responding with more feeling at work than ever before. This is especially true when we interact with others in our workplace. Increasing our emotional intelligence (EI) is one tool we can use to make our workplace better for ourselves and those around us.

In this webinar we will A) explore the concept of EI, B) learn how EI can benefit us in the workplace and beyond, and C) learn how to increase our level of EI.

Russell Clayton, Ph.D. is a thought leader on the soft-side of management, including work-life balance and emotional intelligence. He has written for and/or been quoted in several media outlets such as the Harvard Business ReviewHuffington PostCNBC, and NBC News.
