Presented by: April Collins, NALS Meetings & Communications Manager Bring your laptops/devices for a hands-on tutorial of leadership functions available through NALS’ website. This session will include an overview of the basics—how to manage your profile, track CLE credits in the cloud, find and comment on forum topics, etc.—so you can become the “expert” for your state and local chapter members back home. We will also delve deeper into the leadership functions of the site—how to manage the Group Admin role, how to pull rosters, how to edit your state/local group homepage, how to send emails to your state/local chapter members directly from the site, how to add events to the calendar, how to start discussion forums among your chapter members, etc. Tutorial will be followed by a question/answer session.

The speaker will share some of her experiences as a court-appointed conservator in Iowa and give some tips and resources so that you can begin volunteering using your professional skills and talents.
