Action Required Now- Irvine
Are you planning on coming to Irvine this October for the NALS Education Conference and National Forum? Are you planning on coming in early or staying late to vacation and see a bit of Hollywood, or go to Disneyland? There is so much to see and do in California and this is a wonderful opportunity for you to piggy back your education with a bit of vacation fun. Well if you are planning on coming please make sure you place your hotel reservations ASAP.
NALS was able to secure an amazing rate at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. This is an absolutely amazing hotel, check it out online at: www.irvine.hyatt.com. The NALS room rate for double occupancy is only $115 UNTIL the block is full. In addition, we have been able to block a limited amount of pre and post meeting date rooms at this same rate. That means you can get this rate starting October 2nd thru October 15th.
The hotel has only blocked ten rooms currently on the pre and post nights but will review the number of rooms blocked as long as space is available so what that means is if you are attending it is better to get your reservations in now to ensure you are able to get the NALS rate for the duration of your stay. If you incur any problem making your reservation or getting the NALS rate during these pre or post dates please e-mail me at: hailey@nals.org with the subject line Irvine and if I can increase the block then I will. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to get additional rooms at the NALS rate. The only sure fire way to ensure the rate is to get your reservations in early.
You can reserve your room by calling 800-233-1234 you will be able to make online reservations at a later date, however the hotel is not setup for us to do that now. I will let you know when that online reservation is available to you. Remember, the group rate is only available until the NALS block is full or until September 15th, 2009 whichever comes first.

The hotel has already increased our block on the night of the 5th once. So don't miss out on getting your reservations in now if you want to come in early for this meeting!
