NALS Mentoring
Program
In keeping with Dee’s theme of “Theatre of Leadership,”
let’s look at the meaning behind the word “mentor”:
In
the story “The Odyssey”, when Odysseus (a.k.a. Ulysses)
sets out on his journeys to the Trojan Wars, he entrusts

was changed in 1994 to better reflect the membership

Founders Award … Austin LSA, Inc. Austin LSA is
a large chapter, but their CLE One-Time Program is a
winner for any size association. Its members decided
it was time to “stretch the box.” While offering a six-week
Advanced Legal Career Enhancement Seminar (a study group
for NALS certification exams), they recognized an opportunity
to expand the service they were providing to the legal
community.
