Leading
the Way
I have been a member of NALS for many years, have
belonged to two separate chapters, and have served
as Membership Chair and President for multiple terms. At

fun, and fulfillment? In a national survey of
180,000 American workers, 80% indicated a dislike for
their jobs. What a sad reflection on an activity
that takes up a major portion of our lives. read

The
Five Steps of Leadership
Step 1 - Challenging the Process: Experimenting and
taking risks. Trying new things can be scary and difficult
at times, but it must be done. Whether it be in trying
a new meeting format, or cutting out a meeting or two,
if you are not willing to try, you are missing out
on a learning opportunity. read
