Do you ever get asked why you belong to NALS?
Have you ever thought of the benefits you receive from being a NALS member?
Our local chapter features a member in our monthly newsletters. Each member is asked how long they have been a member of NALS, what positions they have held in their local or State Chapter, where they work, what type of law they deal with, etc. Along with that, they are asked about their personal hobbies, family and interests. It’s amazing to me the amount of knowledge our local chapter has. I know just who to call when I need an answer regarding bankruptcy law, small claims, real estate or probate law, and even gardening and scrap booking! In a small office, with little time to spare, having such a diverse knowledge bank to pull from is a great advantage not only to me, but to my boss.
So, ask yourself,
who’s in your local chapter? How many different types of law are practiced?

with your NALS group first. I’ll bet you’ll get an answer!
