Can It Really Be That Simple?
By Roxann Repasy

How many times have we been asked:  “Why should I join?  What’s in it for me?”   As we continue to face the problems of recruiting, retaining, and motivating members, what if we keep it simple, and focus on five (of the many) benefits:

The Opportunity to improve not only yourself but the Association.  There is a great sense of belonging as members give “that personal touch” which builds your confidence.    You will forge friendships that will last a lifetime with members all across the country.

A Belief in yourself and our Association that we are the right people, with the right spirit, to make a difference.  We are dedicated to enhancing competencies and contributing to the legal profession.

Professionalism not only through our certification programs, but through the continuing education offered on-line and at all levels.  You can develop and enhance your skills, and accomplish more in your personal and professional lives than you ever thought possible.

Mentoring from current members for a better understanding of our multi-level association, its meetings, and the many educational opportunities offered.

Recognition from the Bar Association who will recognize the many benefits you will receive as a member, understand the importance of certification, and acknowledge your dedication.

So why not sit back, and listen to a little Bob Seger, and when he sings  “The Answer Is In the Question”, know that it is true-----

IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!
