Where can I find out about session topics?

Can Guests attend the evening events?

  • Yes, we are offering guest tickets for the Wine & Cheese Welcome Reception, the NALS Foundation Event, and the Recognition Luncheon. Please use the Registration Form, and select the "Save & Add Another Attendee" option after you have fully entered your registration details, and you will then have the option to register your guest(s) for any extra events.  

What should I wear to the conference sessions during the day?

  • We are requesting that attendees be comfortable and wear business casual. Conference rooms can have a chill so remember to bring a sweater.

 

What will it cost?

Here’s an approximate breakdown of NALS15 conference costs:

Airfare (average round trip to/from McCarran International Airport) (Group discount codes available for certain airlines) $400
Transportation from Airport (Round-trip by cab) (Group discount codes available for SuperShuttle) $30
Hotel Rate $89/night (Mon-Thurs) and $109/night (Fri-Sat) + +tax/fees and $7 resort fee (4 nights) $396
Meals (Thursday night Wine & Cheese Reception and two lunches are included in registration fee) $100
Conference Registration Fee ($30 Early Bird Discount available) $349 (for members)
Total: $1,275


Customer Registration Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Refunds will be given (less a $25 processing fee) for cancellations received no later than August 1, 2015.  After August 1, 2015, registration fees (less a $75 processing fee) are transferrable, but not refundable.
