|How To: Pulling Chapter Rosters|
NALS now provides a group management tool on our website where chapter leaders may pull state and local chapter rosters, among many other functions. Rosters are available for chapter leaders to download in CSV format. Instructions for pulling state and/or local rosters are below:
NOTE: The spreadsheet column titled "Date_Joined" is not the members' actual join date -- it is the date on which we placed them into the state/chapter group on the new website.
For state chapter leaders, a second, customized membership roster is available to you. This new report includes added columns of data—constituent ID, member classification, join/registration date and Group/chapter name. Instructions for access are below:
NOTE: The spreadsheet column titled "Date_Registered" is the members' actual join date. You may sort by chapter which is an added customized feature. Should you notice a member is not visible on the report, please contact Membership Services Coordinator as there may have been a population error during data migration over to the new AMS system.
It is important to remember that group administrator access is only available after the submission of your officer roster, so each year after your officer elections, be sure to submit an Officer Roster Form to the Resource Center as soon as possible. Timely submission will also make sure your chapter rebates are distributed to the proper person. Click here to submit an updated Office Roster.
Merging Data Into Word Document
For anyone who wishes to merge the roster data into a Word document for easier viewing, a Word template and an accompanying instructions document is available on the NALS Leaders Page, under the New/Prospective Member Tools section.
