The Leadership Identification Committee Needs You!

  • Do you recognize the positive abilities and character traits of those around you?
  • Are you often encouraging others to go for their dreams and achieve that new career or life goal?

If you answered YES to either of these questions, NALS has the volunteer position for you!

NALS is beginning the application process for the Leadership Identification Committee (LIC) position that is now vacant. The LIC is responsible for selecting the best and brightest from within the legal industry to serve as candidates for each vacant position on the NALS Board of Directors. Any member who is qualified can submit an application to be considered for appointment to the LIC.

The application deadline is October 15, 2017. You may find an outline of the process, qualifications, and an application for the NALS LIC here: NALS.ORG/LIC

Your talents in helping to pinpoint members who have the necessary skills to identify future leaders are greatly needed. Start thinking today about who you believe brings the needed skills for this valuable service to NALS.

Please take the time to truly consider the requirements and commitment needed to help NALS remain relevant and succeed as the legal professional association. This term will start October 2017 through February 2020.

If you believe a friend or colleague has strong leadership skills and the necessary talents to apply, contact them and encourage them to consider it. If you think YOU are what is needed, then be sure and submit your application today!
