Lisa Cadungug, PP, PLS, named NALS Outstanding Member for December

Thursday, December 6, 2018   (6 Comments)

For each online membership meeting, NALS Board of Directors and staff select and highlight the contributions of one outstanding member of our association. For our December 2018 meeting, we have chosen an individual, who is not only reliable, committed, and passionate about NALS, but someone who embodies the true essence of volunteering—charity and selflessness.

Lisa Cadungug, PP, PLS, from Oregon was officially recognized as the NALS Outstanding Member at the December Online Membership meeting for dedicated and exemplary contributions to NALS….the association of legal professionals.

She is recognized for her unwavering integrity, hard work, and dedication to this association. She has dedicated herself to teaching legal education through the NALS Study Hall Live! online webinar series. She teaches accounting for certification examinees for studying. Recently, Lisa has assisted with reviewing the official online, mock exam versions, and has dedicated numerous hours to proctoring NALS basic and advanced exams. Lisa is involved in her local chapter as President-Elect. This short list by no means encapsulates the breadth of Lisa’s contributions to NALS, but it does showcase her devotion to altruistic pursuits—who better to receive an outstanding membership award than an individual who routinely dedicates their spare time teaching and preparing others for success.

As D. Hollis wrote: “The heart of a volunteer is never measured in size, but by the depth of the commitment to make a difference in the lives of others.” Lisa is someone you can truly count on.

NALS thanks Lisa for her commitment to improving NALS and the lives of those around her. We hope the quality of your experience mirrors the quality of her contributions and her devotion to improving the lives of others.

Congratulations, Lisa!
